Dust Transfer Fans are the most important equipment of dust collection systems. When choosing dust transfer fans, many factors such as the type of dust, the specific gravity of the dust, the particle size of the dust, the static pressure losses in the ducts and inside the unit (pressure losses of the intermediate equipment, if any), the explosion risk of the dust, humidity, temperature should be considered.

Centrifugal radial fans are used in dust collection systems. These fans are used as low, medium or high pressure depending on the project and application.

The following points should be considered when choosing Centrifugal Fans;

There are three types of fans: directly coupled, belt-pulley driven and coupling.
It can be produced as low, medium and high pressure
It should be placed at the end point of the duct system.
Blade fans should not be used as often as possible.
Precautions should be taken against sparks and explosions in the transport of explosive and flammable gas, fan blades and electric motors.
Necessary measures should be taken against corrosion formation in the fan in the evacuation of corrosive dust and gases.
