Bag filter with vibration motor is generally used in central system dust and smoke suction applications. Polluted air collected from any pollutant source is brought to the filter by air ducts designed in appropriate diameters and thicknesses. In general, self-flange round ducts are preferred for dust.
The filter bag is generally made of polyester needle felt and acts as a skeleton for the bag that surrounds the cylindrical bag cage. The bags sit on the profile. The cleaning system works when the dusty air enters the filter with pressure. The filters are cleaned by vibrating motors.
The filter body is dust-proof and adjusted to two compartments, the dirty chamber and the upper. The dirty room is filled with a filter and consists of a dusty air collection and discharge bunker. At the bottom of the bunker, there is a unit that will provide sealing such as a rotary valve, and cleanable sacks and buckets. At the top of the bunker, there are profiles on which we hang the filters and stray motors.
