Bag Filters

Bag filters are heavily preferred in Jet pulse (pulse) dust collection units and mechanical shaking (vibration motor) dust collection units. They are generally made of polyester material. Depending on the type of dust, it offers a wide range of products with its density per unit area, filter sizes and different coating options. Bag filters should be chosen carefully depending on the application. Many features such as dust holding ability, easy cleaning, high energy efficiency, ease of maintenance and replacement, and long life should be considered. Otherwise, many problems may occur as a chain.

Cartridge Filters

Cartridge Filters are used in Jet Pulse (Pulse) Dust collection systems and mobile filters. It has a wide range of products with different media properties depending on the type of powder. Compared to bag filters, the filtering surface areas per unit are higher. Jet pulse systems come to the fore with their effective self-cleaning, high energy efficiency and long lifetime. It is of great importance to choose the appropriate cartridge filter according to the type and characteristics of the dust.
